Ingredients: 1/2 CUP BOILED POTATOES 1 CUP COOKED RICE 1/2 CUP PANEER 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP AMCHOOR POWDER 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA 1/2 TSP SALT 1 TSP CORIANDER LEAVES 1 TSP ONIONS 1 TSP CAPSICUM SHAPE INTO CUTLETS CORNFLOUR WATER BREADCRUMBS SHALLOW FRY 1 TBSP OIL Method: In a bowl add boiled potato , cooked rice, paneer, turmeric powder, amchoor powder, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, coriander powder, onions, capsicum and mix well. Make the mixture into cutlet shapes. In a bowl add cornflour and water. Mix it well. take bread crumbs in a plate. Now dip the cutlet into cornflour mixture and coat it with bread crumbs. In a pan add some oil for shallow fry. Shallow fry the cutlet.
